This lesson we delegated roles according to which skills the team members had. The roles of each team member are: Anna- Promotion director; in charge of advertising in the form of posters, adverts, flyers etc. >:D Emma- Production manager and team manager; in charge of getting the product out and managing, helping and motivating the team :'] Kayleigh- financial manager; with the help of some other team members this job is to take control and watch over the money. Making sure we are always making positive contributions to our goal of a massive profit! Harlee- Jessica-

How to be amazing

This week we found out our strengths and weaknesses by answering some questions. It turns out that everyone in our team is a good team worker and is also very creative!

We also looked at some famous business people including Lord Allan Sugar and Dame Anita Roddick, how their businesses became successful and what they stood for.

For example, Anita Roddick set up one of the first companies that banned animal testing.

TEAM TIME!

After some technical difficulties... we finally managed to set up the blog!

In the first lesson of Enterprise, we were put in groups and got to know each other. To see how well we worked as a group, we had to do some group activities which involved joining up 9 dots using only 4 lines and fit the whole group on a piece of newspaper.

We also had the difficult task of seeing how long our team could keep up a baloon in the air just by blowing, which actually proved to be pretty difficult!
